Important information about your colour service
Please note that additional charges may apply if your colour service requires more time or product than our standard service. Our standard service includes up to 1 hour and 15 minutes of stylist time and 110 grams of colour.
To ensure we meet your expectations, we recommend discussing your needs with our front-of-house team when booking. You may also choose to schedule a *free consultation* when you come in for your skin sensitivity test. This allows us to provide an accurate quote for both time and cost before proceeding with your booking.
If we determine that achieving your desired hair colour will require more time, product, or if the condition of your hair prevents us from colouring it safely, we reserve the right to decline the service. In such cases, your deposit will be retained to cover the time reserved for your stylist.
