Lana Kacianenko
Hello! I’m Svitlana Kasianenko, originally from the beautiful city of Kharkov in eastern Ukraine. My journey to becoming a stylist at Combers Inside-Out has been filled with unexpected twists and wonderful opportunities, and I’m thrilled to be part of this incredible team.
Before moving to England, I studied at the Academy of Culture and earned my master’s degree. I got married and had a wonderful son, and during my pregnancy, I completed courses in manicure, pedicure, and hairdressing, eventually opening my own salon at home. Creativity and bringing joy to people have always been my passions, which naturally led me to this profession.
My life took a dramatic turn when I arrived in England. I was fortunate to meet a wonderful family who welcomed my son and me into their home. This kindness was just the beginning of a series of life-changing events. Thanks to Simon, I was given an incredible career opportunity at Combers Inside-Out. Starting as a lead assistant hairdresser, I spent over a year learning and growing within the Combers Academy refreshment hairdressing course. Now, having graduated, I am proud to step into the role of a stylist.
Being part of this amazing team has not only allowed me to fulfil my dreams but also gain independence and learn new things every day. While the devastation in my homeland and the separation from my husband weigh heavily on my heart, I remain hopeful for a future reunion where we can live together in our own home in England.
I love making people feel beautiful and confident, and my hobbies, such as drawing with a pencil, sewing, and knitting, reflect my creative spirit. I look forward to meeting you at Combers Inside-Out and helping you achieve the perfect look that makes you shine.
