Hello! I'm Yaz Jones, and I couldn't be more excited to start my apprenticeship at Combers Inside-Out in Taunton. As a recent graduate and part of the Class of 2024, I'm thrilled to be part of such a fantastic team.
I have a passion for all things creative, especially makeup. For me, makeup isn't just about looking good; it's a way to express my feelings, creativity, and ideas. It's like painting on a living canvas, and I find it incredibly relaxing and therapeutic. I'm eager to bring this creativity into my hairdressing career, seeing every client as a new opportunity to create a masterpiece.
My love for hairdressing started when I was very young. I used to cut my Barbie’s hair, practice on my mum, and even taught her how to do French plaits. I've always had a creative streak, whether it's sewing, baking, painting, or making my own scrunchies. This artistic flair naturally led me to hairdressing, where I can blend all these skills and passions.
Being part of the Combers 14-16 Club has been an incredible journey. Working with the talented team on Saturdays and receiving hands-on training after school has given me invaluable experience. I've been with Combers for over a year now, and my favourite part is seeing the before and after transformations of our clients. There's nothing more rewarding than seeing the joy on someone's face after a fresh, new look.
I’m incredibly excited to continue my journey at the top salon in the Southwest, honing my skills and learning from the best in the industry. I look forward to meeting you at Combers Inside-Out and crafting a look that brings out your best and makes you feel fantastic!
