I am told that I get on with anyone. I guess it’s because I love people and am both loyal and see the funny side of everything. In fact my wit has nearly gotten me into trouble, especially as being older now I have even more confidence.
I believe what makes me a better hairdresser is my ability to really understand what people want and empathise. I have two beautiful daughters. I love being a Mum – it is part of my joy and also helped me appreciate my career and given me insights that help more with my communication.
I am very conscientious and won’t let anyone down. In fact I started with Combers in 2002 and have only ever had two days off. I won the prize most years for no days off! I am now an Independent Operator, which allows me to get my work/life balance perfect.
